U6-U12 CLINIC SERIES!

BACKGROUND
The West Sacramento Soccer Club (WSSC) Competitive Program will be hosting monthly clinics again beginning in August 2024 for recreational players ages 4 (U5: born 2019) to 11 (U12: born 2012) interested in continuing to develop their skills and potentially play competitively.
Clinic goals are:
1) Player development: Skills development and playing opportunities for recreational;
2) Player identification: Identifying players for our U10 through U12 competitive teams;
3) Coaching Education: Provide coaching education for recreational coaches and parents.
Although clinics are FREE; a suggested donation of $10 per session is greatly appreciated. All of our coaches are volunteers. Your donations help offset our coaches' out-of-pocket expenses used to purchase equipment and materials for the clinics. Donations may be given in-person at the clinic or you may Venmo us by clicking HERE.

Who?
Clinics are open to recreational players only. They are not intended for competitive players.
Girls and Boys Age Groups:
U05/U06: 2019/2018
U07/U08: 2017/2016
U09/U10: 2015/2014
U11/U12: 2013/2012
What?
U6/U8 Clinics are hosted once per month with a focus on fun games designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals. Parent/guardian participation is highly encouraged so that children feel comfortable, but it is not required.
U10/U12 Clinics will be hosted once or twice per month. One session may focus on the development of specific skills while the second session will consist of organized, small sided games (scrimmages).
